Yoga Nidra: Reclined Meditation with Cathy Deckelbaum
Yoga Nidra is a guided auditory meditation technique practiced lying down. It is used for many purposes, including deep relaxation, relief from depression and anxiety, improved sleep, and creating an expanded state of consciousness.

Please plan to be in a quiet space, or have earphones to help reduce external distractions, and have towels or pillows to make yourself comfortable lying on the floor or in bed, and a blanket to cover yourself.
